Fire Safety Acknowledgement Policy

All guests, visitors, and occupants are required to familiarise themselves with the fire safety procedures displayed within the premises.

By entering and using the facilities, individuals acknowledge that they have read and understood the fire procedures, which are clearly displayed on the back of all room doors. These procedures include important information on evacuation routes, assembly points, and actions to take in the event of a fire.

In addition, occupants confirm that they are aware of the visual fire procedure guidance provided throughout the property. This may include diagrams, signage, and other visual aids designed to support a safe and efficient evacuation.

It is the responsibility of each individual to follow these procedures at all times to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.

  • All lessons are paid for in advance via Stipe.

    Cancelations must be made 48 hrs in advance of your scheduled lesson, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

    It may be possible to rearrange your lessons if you cannot make the originally booked slot, but this is as at the schools discretion and may not always be possible.

    If this is your first booking, we may contact you beforehand to discuss your needs.

  • All Bookings are paid for in advance via Stipe.

    Cancelations can be no later than 24 hrs of your scheduled Booking, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

    All rooms must be left in a clean and tidy manor, with all equipment returned to its original place.

    Drugs, alcohol, smoking and vaping in the premises are strictly forbidden

    Smokers should use the smoking area outside the building

    Any disrespectful or abusive conduct/behaviour towards staff or customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.

    All rooms are monitored via CCTV
